Very sorry to hear this. Mrs. McFarland was my first piano teacher from 1986 - 1991. I have been a church pianist & organist for 26 years, and owe it all to her. I still feel her finger tapping my shoulder (and not very lightly either) to keep me in time. I had 4 piano teachers after her, but none held me to the standard of excellence like she did. My deepest sympathies to her family.
