Obituary of Jean P. Schmidt

Jean P. Schmidt, age 92, of Seneca Ave. in Geneseo, formerly of East Aurora, died Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at her residence. She was predeceased by her husband, Walter S. Schmidt Jr. and son Walter S. "Terry" Schmidt III. She is survived by her children, Karen V. E. Schmidt of Rochester, NY, Paul B. (Lee W.) Schmidt of Santa Fe, NM and Hugh F. (Sonya Olson) Schmidt of Madison, WI, grandson Richard (Wendy) Sisson of Avon, great grandson, Liam Sisson of Avon, aunt, Frances Sherman of Milwaukee, WI. Jean was born April 24, 1927 in Englewood, NJ to Gilbert and Jean Van Every Pearsall. Jean was retired from her Landscape Design Business in East Aurora where she was very active in community affairs. She was a member of the Genesee Valley Hunt in Geneseo. No prior calling hours. Graveside Services in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Buffalo will be held at the convenience of the family.
