When we were kids my Mother and Father rented a house on court street from his Father and mother. As a teen I worked in his little store on court street. And remember his Dad bringing vegtables around on a wagon. Safe trip to heaven Johnny.

We are sorry for your loss. We love and miss Uncle John. I knew Uncle John as a hardworking, family man who had a good spirit and lived life to the full. Just hearing his name mentioned brought a smile to my mom’s face. She looked up to him as her older brother and enjoyed laughing at his jokes and witty comments. While we are mourning the loss of Uncle John, family and friends who have gone before us are rejoicing to meet him again on the other side of the veil. We pray that God will comfort, encourage and strengthen you during these difficult times.

Dear Cousins, We are sorry for your loss and will be in prayer for you here in Malta. Uncle Johnnie was always kind to us when we would come up with ma (sister Frances). His humorous stories and jokes always gave everyone a smile. Of course we will never forget him. Love, Joe and Jenny and family

Please accept my sympathy at the passing of Mr. Maniscalco. I recall him warmly from so long ago. Our (mine and my sister's, Holly Hewitt Harvey's) father, Jack Hewitt, is now a 96-year-old WWII vet, in top form, and deeply cherished. We mourn with you for one who also is indescribably valuable to his family.

My fondest wishes to the family. Johnny Kelly was a good man and kicked me and my brother in our ass right along side Charley when we needed it. (and we did).
Thanks for keeping us on the right path.
