In my mind I can still see him teaching the 15 year old me to drive the farm truck. Or showing me how to stack hay in the wagon. Hard work, fun and care for each other was evident as the Woodlawn Farm ethos because of him and the family. Yes I still have the Woodlawn ball cap, circa 1982 and my friends from those strawberry fields keep in touch in part because of those summers. To this day I often find myself saying I grew up working on a farm, always with pride. Rest in peace Mr. Morgan. I will also add a favorite saying, purportedly Iroquois…Thank You for Being. My thoughts and prayers to Bonnie and the family.
