Obituary of Gerome C. Osborne

Gerome C. "Gerry" Osborne, age 84, of Mt. Morris, died Monday, September 7, 2020 at the Avon Nursing Home in Avon, NY.

He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Peri Osborne, children, Tom (Josie) Osborne of Mt. Morris, Pauline (Wally) Young of Penn Yann, Sharon Osborne of Geneseo, Amy (George) Goettelman of Henrietta, Edward Farrell of Chili, Bradley Farrell of Mt. Morris, 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, several in laws, nieces and nephews.

Gerome was born July 19, 1936 in Nunda, NY the son of David and Evelyn Wicks Osborne. He was a US Air Force Korean War Veteran. Gerry retired from the Laborers Union, Local 435 in Rochester after many years in construction. He was a member of the Hally-Allen 1341 American Legion in Sonyea and the Perry Vets Club.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 from 3-6 PM at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo where Military Honors will held at 6 PM. Private Interment will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Geneseo.
