Obituary of Frances J. Leonardo

Frances J. Leonardo, age 89, of Geneseo, formerly of Mt. Morris, died Saturday, December 21, 2019 at Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Mt. Morris, NY. She was predeceased by her husband, James in 1992, brother, Phillip LaRosa and sister, Mary Zupparo. She is survived by her children, Joseph (Freida) Leonardo of Rochester, Angela (Donald) Savino of Geneseo, her grandson, Peter (Morgan) Savino of Geneseo, several nieces and nephews. Frances was born August 2, 1930 in Mt. Morris, NY the daughter of Angelo and Josephine Piraino LaRosa. She retired from Craig Developmental Center in Sonyea as a Registered Nurse. She was a longtime member of St. Patrick's Church in Mt. Morris. Calling hours will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2019 from 10 – 11 AM at St. Patrick's Church, 46 Stanley St. Mt. Morris with a Funeral Mass to follow at 11 AM. Burial will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery in Mt. Morris. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Morgan Estates Activity Fund, 4588 Morgan View Rd., Geneseo, NY 14454.
