Obituary of Norma Elam

Norma Elam, age 83, of Geneseo, passed peacefully Sunday, November 17, 2019 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. She was predeceased by her parents, Thomas and Marion Crooks, sisters, Jean Havens and Mabel Boyd, first husband, William Wallace, second husband, Anthony L. Belfiore and third husband, Charles F. Elam.

She is survived by her sons, Charles "Rusty" Belfiore of Tampa, FL, Thomas "TJ" (Greg Snipes) Belfiore of Orlando, FL, Rodney (Julie) Belfiore of Geneseo, grandchildren, Tony and Gina Belfiore, brother in law, John Havens of Avon, many nieces, nephews, cousins in Ireland and step children.

Norma was born February 18, 1936 in Belfast, Northern Ireland the daughter of Thomas and Marion Aicken Crooks. She retired from Campus Auxiliary Services at SUNY Geneseo. Norma was a longtime member of the Central Presbyterian Church.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, November 21, 2019 from 4-7 PM at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, November 22, 2019 at 11 AM at the Central Presbyterian Church in Geneseo with Rev. Dr. Nancy Lowmaster officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in Geneseo.
