Obituary of Joseph J. Salfity

Joseph J. Salfity, age 96 of Carmel, Indiana, formerly of Indianapolis, passed away Thursday, January 4, 2018. He was predeceased by his wife Victoria, daughter and son in law, Aida and Richard LaMarche.

He is survived by his sons, Jim (Jane) Salfity and Mark (Patty) Salfity, 10 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

He was born October 3, 1921 in Palestine, IN the son of Jamil and Tamam Salfity. Joseph retired from the Bank of New England where he was manager of their trust department. He was a member of St. Matthew's Episcopal Church in Indianapolis.

No prior calling hours. Funeral Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Temple Hill Cemetery in Geneseo.
