Obituary of Barbara J. Orton

Barbara J. ''Tootie'' Orton, 74, of Bobrich Dr. in Rochester, died Sunday, August 19, 2012 at Highland Hospital. She was predeceased by her brothers, Richard and Vernon Orton. She is survived by her daughter, Lee G. (James) Millar of Caledonia, grandchildren, Connor, Emma and Rachel, sister, Gretchen Stonebrook of Kenmore, brother, Lyle (Joan) Orton of Nunda, sister in law, Janice Orton of Dalton, several nieces and nephews. Barbara was born February 1, 1938 in Nunda, NY the daughter of Harry and Mabel Holley Orton. She retired from the St. John's Nursing Home after 20 years of service. Barbara was currently employed by Ellison Park Apartments in the Rental Office where she resided. Friends may call at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo on Friday, August 24, 2012 from 4-7 PM, where Funeral Service will follow visitation at 7 PM. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
