Obituary of Harlow W. Witter

Harlow W. Witter, age 76, of Morgan Estates in Geneseo, died Saturday, April 9, 2016 at Highland Hospital in Rochester, NY. He was predeceased by his parents, Ken and Mable Witter Sr., sister and brother in law, Sylvia and John Woolston, brothers, Ken Witter Jr. and Harold Witter, nephew, Jeffery Clark Witter. He is survived by his wife, Ruth Witter, stepson, Nathan (Mel) Luce of East Bethany, brother, Otto Witter of Brockport, sister, Sally Witter of Geneseo, several nieces and nephews. Harlow was born December 1, 1939 in Geneseo, NY the son of Kenneth and Mabel McKenzie Witter Sr. He was employed by the Vitale Brothers Contractors in Geneseo. He also worked for Saben Metal Corporation in Caledonia as well as contractors Paul Hitchcock, Michael McDermitt and Zeke Trojanski. Friends may call on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 from 2-4 PM at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo where Funeral Services will follow visitation at 4 PM. Burial will be in Temple Hill Cemetery in Geneseo. Memorials may be made to the Geneseo United Methodist Church, 4520 Route 63, Geneseo, NY 14454.
