Dearest Danna and Tommy;
How sad I am to learn of your mother's passing. She was so lovely. I think of your mom when I add a corn cob to my chicken soup then sprinkle on some grated cheese the way she did when I spent an over-night at your house during high school. Our dad just turned 97, uses a walker extensively (and speedily), exercises at the gym two or three times a week, does his own cooking and cleaning (in a bachelor sort of way) and hasn't diminished at all in wit or vitality of person. You cannot say "good bye" to a parent like that. You can forever cherish each laugh and each hug you shared. I join you in your grief. Many blessings to you and Tommy, and to your families.
