Obituary of John K. Clark

John K. "Bud" "Cookie" Clark, age 77, of Piffard, died Saturday, September 26, 2015 at the East Side Nursing Home in Warsaw, NY. He was predeceased by his parents, Keith and Laura Ayers Clark. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Patricia Alianell Clark, sons, Timothy (Mary) Clark of Jacksonville, FL, Daniel (Tina) Clark of Piffard, 6 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, sisters, June Geihs of Auburn, Betty Bunt of Las Cruces, NM, Carol (Ronald) Edwards of Williamsville, brother, Ronald Clark of AR, cousin, Kenneth Walker of Perry, special friends, Harry and Sharon Clark of Perry Center, many nieces and nephews. John was born November 5, 1937 in Chili, NY the son of Keith and Laura Ayers Clark. He served in the US Army from 1956–58. John was a truck driver for Sabin Metal in Scottsville until his retirement. He was a Boy Scout leader and a member of the York Sportsman's Club where he taught hunter safety classes for juniors. John operated a small gun shop at his residence in Piffard where he repaired firearms. He and his wife Pat traveled extensively in their RV until he was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. No prior calling hours. A Celebration of John's Life will be private at the convenience of the family.
