Bill was a wonderful neighbor of ours for many years and a true gentleman. He always had a kind word, a warm smile, and a gentle demeanor that endeared him to all who were fortunate enough to know him. We have missed him greatly since he moved from his beloved York Road, and wish him a well deserved rest with no more ills and pain. Our most sincere condolences to Bill's entire family.
