Obituary of Catharine Forrest

Catharine Forrest, 87, of Clear View Dr. in Geneseo, died Sunday, February 12, 2012 at Monroe Community Hospital in Rochester, NY. Mrs. Forrest was a resident of Morgan Estates in Geneseo prior to her entry into the hospital. She was a long time resident of Greigsville. She is survived by her sister, Florence Green of Geneseo, nephew, Chris (Yvette) Green of Rochester, nieces, Karen Green of Allentown, PA, Vicki (Harry) Green Wright of Chatham, VA. She was predeceased by her husband Harry Forrest in 2007. She was born September 10, 1924 in Retsof, NY the daughter of George and Zenobia Washington Wise. Mrs. Forrest was a retired LPN from the Livingston County Skilled Nursing Facility in Geneseo. She was a member of the Second Baptist Church in Leroy. Visitation will be held Saturday, April 14, 2012 from 2-4 PM at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo where Funeral Services will follow visitation at 4 PM. Burial will be in Pleasant Valley Cemetery in York.
