Obituary of Audrey Jean McGrain

Audrey Jean McGrain, 67, of Country Lane in Geneseo, died Tuesday March 8, 2011 at her residence. She is survived by her husband, Kevin M. McGrain, children, Marie Straus of Dansville, Dan (Barbara) Knights of Dansville, Kathy Knights of Rochester, 6 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter, brother, Harry (Corabel) Grandy of AZ, several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her twin children Thomas and Karen Knights, her brother, Howard Grandy, and her sister Joyce Witt. She was born January 8, 1944 in Albion, NY the daughter of Lewis and Leona Warren Grandy. She was employed at the Avon Nursing Home. Visitation will be held at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo on Thursday March 10, 2011 from 5-7 PM. Funeral services will be held following visitation at 7 PM with Deacon George Spezzano officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Valley Cemetery in York. Memorials may be made to the family.
