Obituary of Joanne P. Bucci

Joanne P. Bucci, 64, of Dunn St. in Rochester, died Thursday, January 27, 2011 at her residence. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph Bucci and step son James Bucci. She is survived by her children, Alfred Bucci of Rochester, Patrick (Suzanne) Bucci of Webster, Nicolena (Anthony) Griswold of W. Irondequoit, step children, Joseph (Elaine) Bucci of Piffard, Stephen Bucci of Hollywood, FL, Joan Fulmer of Hollywood, FL, grandchildren, Alec and Haden Griswold, Kyle, Christopher and Samantha Masiello, Olivia Bucci, many step grandchildren, several step great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was born February 9, 1946 in Westchester, NY the daughter of Alfred and Olive Barry Widmer. Joanne was a beloved mother and grandmother and will be sadly missed by her family. She was devoted to home health care for people with special needs. Visitation will be held at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo on Monday, January 31, 2011 from 4-7 PM. Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at 10 AM at St. Lucy's Church in Retsof with Father John Hayes officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in Geneseo.
