Obituary of Petra M. Adair

Petra M. Adair, 85, of Lakeville-Groveland Rd. in Geneseo, died Thursday, December 2, 2010 at the Conesus Lake Nursing Home in Livonia. She is survived by her husband of 56 years Crawford "Bryce" Adair of Geneseo, several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 3 sisters, Edridge Dunbar, Audrey Carlson, and Coletta Hallerman. She was born December 8, 1924 in Jeffers, Minnesota the daughter of Ezeri and Florence Sunnysack Tibideau. She was a graduate of Jeffers High School, Jeffers, MN. She graduated Bussiness College in Minnesota with a Bachelor's Degree. She was married January 8, 1954 to Crawford "Bryce" Adair and together they ran Adair Service in Geneseo. She was a member of St. Luke's Catholic Parish in Geneseo. Visitation will be held at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo on Monday, December 6, 2010 from 4-7 PM where Funeral Services will follow visitation at 7 PM. Interment will be in Temple Hill Cemetery in Geneseo. Memorials may be made to Conesus Lake Nursing Home, 6131 Big Tree Rd., Livonia, NY 14487.
