Obituary of Josephine M. Meacham

Josephine M. Meacham, 91, a resident of the Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Mt. Morris, died there Thursday, December 2, 2010. Mrs. Meacham was a resident of Geneseo prior to her entry into the nursing home in 2005. She is survived by her children, Michael (Teena) Meacham of Ormond Beach, FL, Anne (Frank) Marotta of Orchard Park, NY, Kathleen (Kenneth) Meacham Friedrich of Chantilly, VA, grandchildren, Shannon (Brian) Andrea, Katrina Friedich, Stephanie (Christopher Gibbs) Thomas, Todd (Amanda) Daley, great grandchildren, Matthew Thomas, Bradley Gibbs, and Carter Andrea, several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Lewis Meacham. She was born October 10, 1919 in Gainesville, NY the daughter of Michael and Madeline Palermo Bonadonna. She was a former member of the Central Presbyterian Church in Geneseo and the Geneseo Young at Heart Club. Visitation will be held at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo on Monday, December 6, 2010 from 3-6 PM where Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. Burial will be in the St. Michael's Cemetery in Warsaw. Memorials may be made to Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation (Activities Fund), 11 Murray Hill Dr., Mt. Morris, NY 14510.
