Gregory A Knapp, 52, of York Road West in York, died Friday, September 24, 2010 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. He is survived by his wife Colleen FitzPatrick Knapp, children, Patrick Knapp of Rochester, Brendan Knapp of Geneva, Connor Knapp of York, Chelsea Knapp of York, his mother, Mary Helen Knapp of FL, brother, Bruce (Jo Anne) Knapp of MD, sisters, Sandra (Robert) Wolf of NJ, Marsha (Eugene) Baker of FL, Pamela (Steve) Rivkin of MI, many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father Floyd Knapp. He was born December 14, 1957 in Lindley, NY the son of Floyd and Mary Helen Stewart Knapp. He received his Master's Degree in Business from the University of Rochester and was the Plant Manager for Friendship Dairy in Friendship, NY. Visitation will be held at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo on Friday, October 1, 2010 from 2-4, 7-9 PM. Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, October 2, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Mary's Church, 4 Avon Rd. in Geneseo with Father Edward Dillon officiating.
