Obituary of Timothy J. Bishop

Timothy J. Bishop, 50, of Lima Rd. in Geneseo, died peacefully, Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY, surrounded by family and friends. He is survived by his mother, Patricia Bishop of Geneseo, brothers and sisters, Michael (Anne) Bishop of Avon, Betsy (Bruce) Turcotte of New Vineyard, ME, Todd (Blanca) Bishop of Long Island, Kathy (Steve) Gilmore of San Diego, CA, special friend, Diane Britton Van Kleeck of Geneseo, aunt, Sally Moses of Geneseo, uncle, John Bishop of Vero Beach, FL, several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father Thomas Bishop. He was born September 26, 1959 in Warsaw, NY the son of Thomas and Patricia Fitzgerald Bishop. Tim served in the US Air Force, stationed in California. He was employed as an electrician at the State University of New York at Geneseo. Visitation will be held at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo, on Sunday, April 18, 2010 from 1-4 PM. Funeral Mass will be held Monday, April 19, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Mary's Church with Father Edward Dillon officiating. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in Geneseo.
