Obituary of Nathaniel Bates

Nathaniel Bates, 63, of Avon Rd. in Geneseo, died Friday, April 2, 2010 at St. John's Nursing Home in Rochester, NY. He is survived by his many friends at the Geneseo IRA. He was born November 30, 1946 in New Rochelle, NY the son of John and Gladys Jackson Bates. He was a member of the Doty DDSO Day Program in Geneseo. Visitation will be held at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home Inc. on Tuesday, April 6, 2010 from Noon - 2 PM where Funeral Services will follow visitation at 2 PM. Burial will be in Temple Hill Cemetery in Geneseo. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1400 Winton Rd. North, Rochester, NY, 14609 or the Association for the Blind, 242 South Clinton Ave., Rochester, NY, 14620.
