Obituary of Kay S. Manley

Katherine S. "Kay" Manley, 103, died Sunday, February 7, 2010 in Danvers, Massachusetts. Kay was a longtime resident of Main St. in Geneseo. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Gerald B. Manley, her son, Gerald B. Manley Jr., 2 daughters, Yvonne Jo Rider, and Marsha Atwood. She is survived by her grandchildren, Jennifer (Andrew) Lucich of Lynnfield, MA, Ann (Eric) Holmstedt of Warwick, RI, Stephen (Carol) Rider of Coventry, LA, Gerald "Chip" Manley III of Glenmont, NY, Elizabeth Lukas of Pleasantville, NY, Catherine Hoffman of Houston, TX, Lisa Orcutt of Middle Grove, NY, great grandchildren, Katherine, Emily, Abigail and Nicholas Lucich, Caitlyn Holmstedt, Rachael, Eric, Kenneth and Gregory Rider, Nathaniel and Benjamin Rollo, Susette and Ciara Orcutt. Kay was born August 16, 1906 in Syracuse, NY. She was a graduate of North High School in Syracuse and Syracuse University Class of 1928. She was a member of St. Michael's Church in Geneseo as well as the Century Club and the Chatterbox Club, both in Rochester. No prior calling hours. Memorial Services will be held Friday, February 19, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Michael's Episcopal Church, 23 Main St. in Geneseo with Rev. Mark Lattime officiating. Interment will be in Temple Hill Cemetery in Geneseo. Memorials may be made to St. Michael's Church "Faith, Hope and Charity" Fund, 23 Main St., Geneseo, NY, 14454.
