Gene F. Muscarella, 85, of Reservoir Rd. in Geneseo, died Thursday, October 1, 2009 at his residence. He is survived by his children, Stephen Muscarella of West Henrietta, Donald (Cindy) Muscarella of Geneseo, Ronald Muscarella of Irondequoit, Kathleen (Thomas) Zak of Greece, Karen (Pat) Ochsenhirt of Conesus, 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Jean Muscarella in 1991. He was born January 15, 1924 in Mt. Morris, NY the son of John and Rose Passamonte Muscarella. He served in the US Army during World War II. He was a disabled US Veteran having been injured on D-Day in Normandy. Gene was retired from the maintenance staff at SUNY Geneseo. He also was a school bus driver at Geneseo Central School. No prior calling hours. Graveside services will be held Saturday, October 17, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. in St. Mary's Cemetery, Crossett Rd. in Geneseo. Memorials may be made to the Geneseo Ambulance Fund, P.O.
