John S. Winterroth, 72, died Saturday, September 27, 2008 at The Villages Hospice House in Lady Lake, Florida. Mr. Winterroth was also a resident of Ewell, Maryland and had previously resided on Conesus Lake. He is survived by his wife Joyce Winterroth of Lady Lake, FL, daughter Kim (George Fazekas) Winterroth of Canadice, granddaughter Paige Fazekas of Canadice, step-sons Bill Dornemann of Wilmington, NC and Chris Dornemann of St. Petersburg, FL, sister Carol Sentiff of Conesus Lake, nieces and nephews. He was born September 30, 1935 in Rochester, NY the son of Carl and Clarice Stothard Winterroth. John attended St. John Fisher College in Rochester and served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. He was retired from T. T. Bearings Company in Rochester. No prior calling hours. Graveside Services will be held Monday, October 6, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. in St. Mary's Cemetery in Geneseo. In lieu of flowers, Memorials to the Teresa House, 21 Highland Rd., Geneseo, NY 14454.
