Obituary of Marion L. Stephany

Marion L. Stephany, 95, of Morgan Estates in Geneseo, died Saturday, September 27, 2008 at her residence on Clear View Drive. She is survived by 2 daughters, Carol (Darwin) Novak of St. Louis, MO, Susan (Ronald) Walker of Avon, grandchildren Robert (Mary) Novak of St. Louis, Linda Novak of St. Louis, Deborah (Paul) Hartwick of Middletown, DE, Elizabeth (John) Allaire-Love of Victor, 8 great grandchildren, sister Edith Parr of Rochester, sister in law Muriel Pritchard of North Augusta, SC, several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank Stephany and her brothers Wallace and Ralph Pritchard. She was born February 16, 1913 in Rochester, NY the daughter of Colin and Dorcas Gammon Pritchard. Marion was a member of the Geneseo United Methodist Church and the Order of the Eastern Star in Perry, NY. Visitation will be held at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo on Thursday, October 2, 2008 from 4-7 PM where Funeral Services will follow visitation at 7 PM with retired Assistant Pastor Lucille Kane of the Geneseo United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Grove Place Cemetery, Chili, NY on Friday, October 3, 2008 at 11 AM. Memorials may be made to Livingston County Hospice, 2 Murray Hill Dr., Mt.
