Obituary of Rose Mary E. Chiara

Rose Mary E. (Diliberto) Chiara, age 79, of North St. in Geneseo, died Monday, April 20, 2015 at Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville. She was predeceased by her brother, Carl Diliberto, son in law, Donald Rice Jr. She is the loving wife of Alex, loving mother of 4 children, Kimberly (Michael) Every of Livonia, Nanette Rice of Geneseo, Jeffrey (Sandra) Chiara of Conesus, Christopher (Gina) Chiara of Webster, loving grandmother of 9 grandchildren, Sarah Chiara, Michael Every, Emily Chiara, Megan Every, Alex Chiara, Donald Rice III, Alec Rice, Hannah Rice and Dominic Chiara, sisters, Sylvia (Thomas) Viti of Geneseo, Frances (Richard) Piccirilli of Conesus Lake, sister in law, Rosemary Jacobs of CA, many nieces and nephews. Rose Mary was born July 24, 1935 in Rochester, NY the daughter of Ross "Major" and Nellie Marabella Diliberto. Rose Mary and Alex were high school sweethearts. They were married for 58 years before her untimely passing. Rose Mary was a long time member of St. Mary's Church in Geneseo. Calling hours will be held Friday, April 24, 2015 from 4-7 PM at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo. Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, April 25, 2015 at 10 AM at St. Mary's Church, 4 Avon Rd. in Geneseo with Father Edward Dillon officiating. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in Geneseo.
