Obituary of Daniel J. Radesi

Daniel J. Radesi, age 100, of Quaker Meeting House Rd. in Honeoye Falls, formerly of Geneseo, died Saturday, January 31, 2015 at the Conesus Lake Nursing Home in Livonia. He was predeceased by his wife, Rose and son, Peter. He is survived by his son, Robert Radesi of CA, grandchildren, Gregory (Sarah) Olcott of MN, Danielle (Gil) Crawford of FL, Cory (Alicia) Olcott of Geneseo, Brianna Olcott and Kristina Radesi both of Angelica, 9 great grandchildren, sister, Carrie Jones of Leicester, sister in law, Frances Radesi of Rochester, many nieces and nephews. Daniel was born December 27, 1914 in Punxatawney, PA the son of Peter and Frances Galleta Radesi. He was a US Army World War II Veteran. Daniel owned and operated the Radesi Bar and Grill in Geneseo. He was a member of St. Mary's Church in Geneseo. Calling hours will be held Wednesday, February 4, 2015 from 4-7 PM at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo. Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 10 AM at St. Mary's Church, 4 Avon Rd. in Geneseo with Father Edward Dillon officiating. Burial will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery in Mt.
