Obituary of Joseph P. Little

Joseph P. Little, age 62, of Water St. in Nunda, died Sunday, January 4, 2015 at his residence. He was predeceased by his parents, John and Virginia Little Sr. and brother, Jay Little Sr. He is survived by his wife, Sarah George Little, daughters, Billie Jo (Charles) Wilkins of Dalton, Brandie (Scott) Sickles of Gainesville, NY, grandchildren, T.J., Kiyria and Abbey Buck, Adrianna, Emelye, Raelyn and Malachi Wilkins, sister, Luella (David) Wise of Dalton, brothers, John (Maria) Little Jr. of Dansville, James Ray Little of Springwater, many nieces and nephews. Joseph was born June 29, 1952 in Wayland, NY the son John and Virginia Mae Woodhams Little Sr. He was a US Navy Vietnam Veteran and Past Commander of VFW Post 8961 in Nunda. Joe was a member of the Nunda Men's Group, the Koinonia Social Group and the Oakland Wesleyan Church. Memorial Services will be held Friday, January 9, 2015 at 11 AM at the Oakland Wesleyan Church in Nunda with Pastor Paul Palmer officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Oakland Wesleyan Church, 1519 Portage St. (Route 436), Nunda, NY 14517 or the Nunda Volunteer Ambulance, PO Box 652, Nunda, NY 14517.
