Obituary of Leslie J. Tefft

Leslie J. Tefft, age 79, of Market St. in Leicester, died Thursday, September 4, 2014 at Buffalo General Hospital. He is survived by his wife, Muriel, brother, Lloyd (Sue) Tefft and sister-in-law, Dorothy (Morris) Dunham both of Norwich, NY, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends, Fred and Jean Hyatt of Fowlerville. Les was born July 5, 1935 in Norwich, the son of Floyd and Minnie Wright Tefft. He was a Graduate of the Oxford Academy and Central School. Les started his career with the Norwich Knitting Mill before being transferred to Champion Products in Perry, NY where he retired as a graphic designer. He was a longtime member and Deacon of the Assembly of God Church in Geneseo. No prior calling hours. Memorial Services will be held September 11, 2014 at 11 AM at the Assembly of God Church, 2 Haley Ave. in Geneseo with Pastor Paul Metzger officiating. Interment will be in Leicester Cemetery.
