Obituary of James G. Schneckenburger

James G. Schneckenburger, age 59, of Planet St. in Rochester, died Thursday, May 29, 2014 at Unity Hospital in Rochester, NY. He is survived by his companion, Susan Rabideau of Rochester, children, Amy (Steve) Reeder, Jason (Randi Hall) Schneckenburger both of Mt. Morris, their mother, Linda Schneckenburger of Leicester, grandchildren, Jason Schneckenburger Jr., Nicholas and Joshua Reeder, brothers Paul (Bev) Schneckenburger of Leicester, Stanley (Mary) Schneckenburger of Groveland, Wesley (Lydia) Schneckenburger of Warsaw, sisters, Verna Bennett and Lois (Dave) Boyle both of Leroy, many nieces and nephews. James was born April 11, 1955 in Warsaw, NY the son of Clifford and Doris Berger Schneckenburger. He was an Electrician for the Rochester Psychiatric Center in Rochester. Calling hours will be held Saturday, 12 noon - 2 PM at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo. Graveside Services will be held Saturday at 3 PM at Mumford Rural Cemetery in Mumford, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1120 South Goodman St., Rochester, NY 14620 or the National Kidney Foundation, 310 Packett's Landing, Fairport, NY 14450.
