Flossie V. Scutt, age 88, of Groveland, died Thursday, November 7, 2024 at Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville, NY. She was predeceased by her husband, Lester Scutt Sr., son in law, David Secor and several siblings.

She is survived by her children, Linda Secor of Groveland, Lester (Ceil) Scutt Jr of York, Lorraine (Dave) Forti of Oakfield, Louann (Steve) Peri of Groveland, grandchildren, Jennifer (Tim) MacDonald, Jeremy (Kris) Secor, Holly Scutt, Vicki King, Gregory (Kaeleigh) Peri, Jamie (Brian) Smith, Josh (Brittany) Secor, Mark (Angela) Rockwell, great grandchildren, Cody, Makayla, Kyle, Jessica, Emily, Matthew, Gracelyn, Abby, Lillian, Adalynn, Logan James, Logan Gregory, Julia and Jacob, sister, Elsie Knapp of LeRoy, sister in law, Ardeth Lee of Seneca Castle, NY, many nieces and nephews.

Flossie was born June 7, 1936 in Addison, NY the daughter of Arthur and Retty Button Smith. She retired from General Foods in Avon. After her retirement she was a health care worker for Health and Wellness in Leicester. Flossie and her late husband, Lester were founding members of the Faith Fellowship Church in Lakeville. She loved camping, crocheting and reading. Above all else she cherished the times with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 from 10AM - 12 Noon at the Faith Fellowship Church where Funeral Services will be held following visitation at 12 Noon with Pastor Stephen Sweeting officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery in Groveland.
