Obituary of Harold E. Metzger

Harold E. Metzger, age 95, of Warsaw formerly of Buffalo, died Thursday, June 13, 2024 at Wyoming County Community Health System in Warsaw, NY. He was predeceased by his wife, Bernetta, son, Randolph Metzger and grandson, Justin Metzger.

He is survived by his children, Jeffrey (Suzanne) Metzger of Gainesville, NY, Violet (David) Epolito of North Collins, NY, Brian (Rhonda) Metzger of Montana, Pam Metzger of Arcade, NY, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

Harold was born September 2, 1928 in Williamsburg, PA the son of Augustus and Florence Gardner Metzger. Harold was a World War II Navy Veteran. He retired from the General Motors Factory in Buffalo as a Machinist.

No prior calling hours. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2024 at 10 AM at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo.
