Obituary of Virginia Kanada

Virginia "Aunt Ginny" Kanada, 68, of Chestnut St. in York died Monday, September 17, 2012 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY She is survived by her sister, Challis Burdick of Piffard, brother, Van Allen (Sandy) Spring III of Rochester, sister, Sally (Don) Lamphier of Winter Haven, FL, several nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces, great nephews and many loving friends. She was born May 5, 1944 in Rochester, NY the daughter of Van Allen and Bernice LaBarr Spring. Ginny was a secretary for Eastman Kodak Company in Rochester for many years. She was a long time member of the York Baptist Church. No Prior Calling Hours. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, October 13, 2012 at 2 PM at Gravel Ponds, 2339 North Rd. in Scottsville with Rev. Bill Taber of the York Baptist Church officiating.
