Obituary of Ronald C. Nortz

Ronald C. Nortz, age 73, of Geneseo, died Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. He was predeceased by his father, Harry Nortz and brother, Mike Nortz.

He is survived by his wife, Patsy McGuire Nortz, children, Jonathan (Shannon) Nortz of Philadelphia, PA, Katherine (Nick) Vantucci of Fairport, grandsons, Gabriel and Sebastian Vantucci, mother, Marie Nortz of Croghan, NY, siblings, Harry (Linda) Nortz of Croghan, NY, Barbara (Paul) Cherbini of Dunnellon, FL, Patrick (Helen) Nortz of Croghan, NY, Pamela (Michael) Barretta of Mohawk, NY, Scott (Tammy) Nortz of Statesville, NC, sister in law, Lisa Nortz of Croghan, NY, several nieces and nephews.

Ron was born March 28, 1950 in Lowville, NY the son of Harry and Marie Scott Nortz. Ron retired from Lucidol in Piffard as a Maintenance Engineer.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, April 10, 2023 from 4-7 PM at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo. Memorial Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
