Obituary of Robert E. Beals

Robert E. Beals, age 78, of Livonia, died Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at the Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Mt. Morris, NY. He was predeceased by his parents, Harold and Dorothy Beals, sisters, Clara and Dolores Beals, sister in law, Donna Beals.

He is survived by his domestic partner, Nancy Burch, brothers, David (Denise) Beals of Caledonia, Harold "Zuke" Beals of Groveland, children, Jimmy (Shelly) Burch of FL, Sandy Stokesberry of Livonia, Bill Burch of Springwater, Mary Rawls of Dansville, Niece, Carolyn Beals, nephew, Greg Beals, several great nieces, great nephews and many cousins.

Bob was born August 21, 1944 in Dansville, NY the son of Harold and Dorothy Johnson Beals. He attended Geneseo High School and was a lifelong farmer, retiring from Barber Farms in Groveland. He was known as "Uncle Bob" to everyone.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, March 17, 2023 from 10AM-12 Noon at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo where his Funeral Service will be held at 12 Noon with Rev. Beth Malone officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Valley Cemetery in York.
