Obituary of Robert F. Cuozzo Sr.

Robert Frederick Cuozzo Sr., age 75, of Leicester, died Thursday, October 7, 2021 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. He was predeceased by his parents, Daniel and Josephine Cuozzo, brothers, Mike and Frederick Cuozzo.

He is survived by his children, Dawn Cuozzo of Rochester, Monica Cuozzo of Piffard, Robert Cuozzo Jr. of York, Lisa Mignemi of York, Rocco Cuozzo of Leicester, grandchildren, Rylee, Robert III, Leah, Noah, Adan, Latalia and Cody Jr., sisters, Sylvia Gallo of Cuylerville, Maris (Ed) Rauber of Cuylerville, brother, Donald Cuozzo of Wadsworth, many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Robert was born May 16, 1946 in Warsaw, NY the son of Daniel and Josephine Ferrando Cuozzo. He was a US Navy Vietnam Veteran. Robbie was a High School Graduate of York Central School. He was a truck driver retiring from DeWitt Concrete in Pavilion. Robbie was an avid outdoorsman and a longtime member of the A-On-DO-Wa-Nuh Sportsman Club in Cuylerville.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 from 4-7 PM at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo. His Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at 9:30 AM at St. Lucy's Church in Retsof with Father Sylvester Bioh officiating.
