Obituary of Douglas A. McKeown

Douglas A. McKeown, age 65, of Geneseo, died Monday, April 5, 2021 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. He was predeceased by his father, Alfred "Alfie" McKeown.

He is survived by his wife, Carol McKeown, daughter, Rebecca McKeown of Concord, NH, mother, Dorothy "Dotti" McKeown of Geneseo, brothers, Steven (Deborah) McKeown of Campbell, NY, David (Melissa) McKeown of Oakley, CA, and several nieces and nephews.

Doug was born April 20, 1955 in Warsaw, NY the son of Alfred B. and Dorothy Gough McKeown. He was a graduate of Geneseo High School class of 1973. Doug retired from Xerox in Rochester as a Mechanical Designer after nearly 20 dedicated years. He loved animals and was an avid outdoorsman and car enthusiast. Doug especially enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

No prior calling hours. Memorial Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in Geneseo.
