Obituary of Marilyn L. Barrett

Marilyn L. Weiland Barrett, age 77, of Piffard, passed away Saturday, March 27, 2021 at Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville, NY. She was predeceased by her parents, Walter Joseph and Marion Weiland I, brother, Walter Joseph Weiland II and sister in law, Lila Weiland.

She is survived by her husband, Gerald Barrett, children, Jim (Judy) Barrett of Piffard, Sherri Bush of Perry, Michael (Nicole) Barrett of Piffard, grandchildren, Marianne, William, Bethany, Abigail, Wyatt and Coralee, brother, Francis Weiland of Rochester, sister in law, Martha Weiland of Caledonia, many nieces and nephews.

Marilyn was born March 13, 1944 in Rochester, NY the daughter of Walter Joseph and Marion Grattan Weiland I. She deeply loved god, her family and her friends including, Kathy and Edna.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, April 1, 2021 from 4-7 PM at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo. Memorial Services will be held privately.
