Jim was such a good man. He never failed to lend a helping hand, or an ear. He will be truly missed by his CBP family, especially his team, and especially me. He made our days brighter and was always there with coffee, some type of snack, or lunch for us. He was so proud of his cooking accomplishments. I could go on for hours. I send Pat and Jim's entire family my deepest sympathy. Try to take comfort in knowing that he always lived his life to the fullest, and loved you all with all of his heart.

My deepest condolences to the Wiley family. Jim was such a great guy and a pleasure to associate with him whenever I needed an appraisal from him. It's been quite a while since I have seen him due to the Covid. I will miss seeing his smile. Rest in peace my friend.

Not often do you find someone that you work with to become one of your most endearing friends. I started working with Jim at CBP over 10 years ago, Right away our sense of humor and I’ll personalities just clicked! Our team was more like a family, we all had each other’s back’s especially Jim he ran our coffee club and had so much joy and also bringing in his favorite dishes like his amazing potato salad and tuna salad, he also brought in Pat’s famous apple cake and shared it with pride! He was like a father to us all. He loved our tradition of playing cards during a lunch break (he took it very seriously) It was our quality time! we did that for several years until we had to stop going into work due to Covid. Jim the workplace will never be the same without you, as you will remain in our hearts and be missed forever
