Obituary of Brian P. Gadbois
Brian P. Gadbois, age 72, of Geneseo formerly of Clinton, NY, died Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. He was predeceased by his wife, Claire Doughty Gadbois, brothers, Joseph, David and R. Terrence Gadbois.
He is survived by his daughters, Katherine (John) Rauber of Cuylerville, Margaret (Tony Fry) Gadbois of Piffard, grandchildren, Alexander and Allyson Rauber of Cuylerville, siblings, Rosemary (John C.) Barnes of Clark Mills, NY, Jonathan (Maureen) Gadbois of Annandale, VA, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Brian was born August 22, 1948 in Utica, NY the son of Joseph L. and AliceRose Morgan Gadbois. He was a US Vietnam Navy Veteran. Brian was a graduate of Clinton High School and attended Monroe Community College in Rochester. He was employed by General Railway Signal in Rochester for over 20 years. Brian retired from the Long Island Railroad in Rockville Center, NY. He loved antique clocks and oil lamps. Brian was also captivated with computers and technology.
Calling hours at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo will be announced at a date and time when COVID-19 restrictions are lifted. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in Clinton, NY.
