Obituary of Mitchel J. Gibbs

Mitchel J. Gibbs, age 68, of Wadsworth, died Saturday, October 10, 2015 at the Wyoming County Community Hospital in Warsaw, NY. He is survived by his wife, Mary Cuozzo Gibbs, daughter, Nicole Cunningham, grandson, Eli Cunningham, great nephew, Anthony Cuozzo, sisters in law, Flora Boyd and Carol Cuozzo, brother in law, Frank (Sharon) Cuozzo all of Wadsworth, canine companions, Mesha and Sadie, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Mitch was born June 22, 1947 in Rochester, NY the son of John and Elizabeth Brown Gibbs. He was a US Marine Corps Vietnam Veteran. No prior calling hours. Memorial Services will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the VFW Post 634, PO Box 204, York, NY 14592.
