Obituary of Mary Michael Cuozzo Gibbs

Mary Michael (Cuozzo) Gibbs, age 72, of Leicester, died Monday, August 7, 2023 at her residence. She was predeceased by her husband, Mitchel J. Gibbs, sister, Flora Boyd, and brothers, Joseph and Richard "Nard" Cuozzo.

She is survived by her daughter, Nicole (Gibbs) Cunningham of Leicester, grandson, Eli Cunningham of Leicester, great nephew, Anthony Cuozzo of Leicester, brother, Frank (Sharon) Cuozzo of Leicester, sister in law, Carol Cuozzo of Piffard, grandma Mary's boys, Mason, Madox and Maxon all of Mt. Morris, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Mary was born August 5, 1951 in Batavia, NY the daughter of Frank and Bridget "Sybil" Ferrando Cuozzo. Mary was a graduate of York Central School class of 1969. She retired from Copper Vision in Scottsville.

No prior calling hours. A Celebration of Mary's Life will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2023 from 3 – 6 PM at the VFW Boyd and Parker Post 547, 3 Elm Street in Mt. Morris. Private burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in Geneseo.
