Carol A. Todd, age 85, of Geneseo, passed away August 1st 2026, peacefully at the Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Mt. Morris, New York. She was predeceased by her parents, John "Wallace" and Mary Nell Vines Ferrell.

She is survived by her devoted husband, William; her children, Wendy (Rob) Todd of Houghton, Bill (Robyn) Todd of South Carolina, Mike (Francesca) Todd of Rochester, NY, and Jeff (Kim) Todd of Geneseo; 10 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and several beloved in-laws, nieces, and nephews.

Born on September 11, 1940, in Birmingham, Alabama, Carol was the daughter of John "Wallace" and Mary Nell Vines Ferrell. Carol worked at Roberts Wesleyan College as Assistant to the Dean until her retirement.

Carol will be remembered for her unwavering love for her family, her kind and gentle spirit, and the quiet strength with which she lived her life. She found joy in caring for those around her, and her faith remained an important part of who she was. Her warmth, encouragement, and steady presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
