Gabrielle L. Tilton, 32, of Mount Morris, NY, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at her home.

Gabrielle leaves behind her beloved son, Cameron, who was the center of her world. She is also survived by her loving parents, Gilbert and Sandra Tilton of Mount Morris, NY; her brothers, Joseph (Jill) Tilton of North Tonawanda, NY, and Martiniano (Jennifer) Tilton of Maumelle, Arkansas; her cherished nephews and niece, Canden Roemer, Aiden Michael, Corbin-Ray, Eli, and Hayley Tilton; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends who will miss her deeply.

Born on August 18, 1993, in Dansville, New York, Gabrielle was the daughter of Gilbert and Sandra (Sison) Tilton. She graduated from Mt. Morris Central School with the Class of 2011 and later earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University Gabrielle was dedicated to helping others and was employed as a Social Worker at Village Green Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Le Roy.

Gabrielle will be remembered for her caring heart, compassionate spirit, and unwavering willingness to help those in need. She had a special ability to connect with people and make them feel heard, valued, and understood. Her greatest joy was being a mother to Cameron, and the love she had for him was evident in everything she did. She touched the lives of many through her kindness, generosity, and genuine concern for others.

Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday, July 16, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main Street, Geneseo, New York. A Memorial Service will immediately follow visitation at 7:00 p.m., officiated by Father Daniel White.

A Celebration of Life for Gabrielle will be held on Friday, July 17, 2026, at 5:00 PM at the Pavilion Fire Hall, 11302 Lake St, Pavilion, NY 14525. We look forward to gathering with family and friends to celebrate Gabrielle's life.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to benefit Gabrielle's son, Cameron, at 2446 Perry Road, Mt. Morris, NY 14510.
