Jack E. Turner, age 87, of Groveland, died suddenly Thursday, June 11, 2026 at his residence in Groveland. He was predeceased by his parents, Lawrence and Dorothy Turner, brothers, Larry and Carl Turner.

He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Sherron, children, Donald (Karen) Turner of Naples, Tonia (Andrew) Senise of Irondequoit, Brian (Traci) Turner of Geneseo, grandchildren, Ally (Nick Twichell) McGrain and Will McGrain, great granddaughter, Lovella Twichell, sister-in-law, Sue Colegrove of Groveland, special friends, Mary Lee and Reggie Page of Groveland, several nieces and nephews.

Jack was born May 2, 1939 in Warsaw, NY the son of Lawrence and Dorothy Graham Turner. He served in the US Army National Guard and retired from Gleason Works in Rochester as a Machinist.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 from 4-7 PM at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at 10 AM at Groveland Federated Parish with Dorothy Hotchkiss officiating. Interment will be in Lakeview Cemetery in Groveland.
