Donald Charles Cuozzo, Sr.

It is with great sadness and love that we announce the passing of our father on May 22, 2026 at age 92 years.

Donnie was born April 9, 1934 in York, NY the son of Daniel and Josephine Ferrando Cuozzo. He was employed by Leroy Machine for 44 Years where he also served as Vice President of UAW Local 481 Auto Workers Union. He was a long-standing Member of the A-On-Do-Wa-Nuh Sportsman's Club in Cuylerville.

He was predeceased by wife Nancy Cuozzo, daughter, Joanne Mistretta, brothers and sisters Mike, Freddie, Maris, Rob, Sylvia and special friend, Harriett Gill.

He is survived by his two sons, Donald (Kim) Cuozzo, Jr., Gary (Tracey) Cuozzo, son-in-law, Terry Mistretta, grandchildren, Phillip (Betsy) Mistretta, Morgan (Caleb) Flint, Jordan (Matt) Straub and Thomas (Kali) Cuozzo, great grandchildren, Sadie Lee Straub and Lucas Matthew Straub, special friend, Ruthann Burns.

No prior calling hours. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 10 AM at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo with Father Daniel White officiating. Burial with Military Honors will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in Geneseo.
