Nicholas J. Bucci III, age 69, of Nunda, died Saturday, April 18th, 2026 at his residence. He was predeceased by his parents, Nicholas and Muriel Bucci II.

He is survived by his 4 children, Nicholas Bucci IV, Adam Bucci, Jesse Bucci, Tyler Bucci, his 7 grandchildren, Jakob, Nicolina, Cierra, Kerrigen, Caiden, Harper, Mason and Rylynn, siblings, Sharon (James) Fagan of Lakeville, Shirlee Bucci of York, Sandra (Robert) Schmitz of Milten, GA, Susan Bucci of Geneseo, Lisa (Raymond) Chamberlin of Geneseo, Timothy (Emily) Bucci of York, many nieces, nephews and extended family.

Nick was born April 30, 1956 in Batavia, NY the son of Nicholas Bucci II and Muriel McConnell Bucci. He was a 1974 Graduate of York High School. Nick was a member of the National Ski Patrol. He owned and operated NJ Bucci Construction based in Nunda.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 from 4-7 PM at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo. His Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 10 AM at St. Lucy's Church in Retsof with Father Daniel White officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in Geneseo.
