Mary Kay Freese, age 76, of Lakeville, passed away at home on Tuesday, January 20, 2026. She was predeceased by her parents, Lawrence and Ruth Donegan Delaney and brother, Larry Delaney.

She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Charles, children, Jessica Freese of Groveland, Jodie (Phil) Leger of Geneseo, Robert (Jennifer) Freese of Lake View, NY, grandchildren, Katelyn, Robert and Adam, sister-in-law, Patricia Delaney of Honeoye Falls, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mary Kay was born April 12, 1949. She was a graduate of Avon High School and earned her Associates Degree from Alfred State College.

No prior calling hours. Her Memorial Mass will be on Saturday, January 24, 2026 at 10 AM at St. Agnes Church, 96 Prospect St. in Avon with Rev. Michael Fowler officiating. Burial and a Celebration of Life will be announced in the spring.
