Sharon Foster-Dale, age 71, of Geneseo, passed suddenly Thursday, August 21, 2025 at her residence. She was predeceased by her son, Brian Bledsoe, mother, Angelina Cassavaugh, and father, Alexander Peter.

She is survived by her daughters, Christina Foster of Rochester, Jennifer Boaz of TN, grandchildren, Skyler Foster, Ethan Thiele, Nathan and Jude Bledsoe and Elizabeth Claire Cosse, sisters, Valarie (David) Peter of Geneseo, Renee (Christopher) Riso of Geneseo, several nieces and nephews.

Sharon was born April 26, 1954 in St. John, Newfoundland, Canada the daughter of Alexander Peter and Angelina Buscemi Peter. She earned her Associate's Degree from Bryant and Stratton in Rochester. Sharon worked in Dr. Avallone's office for several years. She enjoyed karaoke, knitting blankets and retail therapy. Sharon loved spending time with people who stopped by her apartment and her family.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, August 25, 2025 from 11 AM - 1 PM at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo where her Funeral Services will follow visitation at 1 PM with Father Daniel White officiating.
