Obituary of Mary Ann Mustari

Mary Ann Mustari, age 90, of Retsof Ave. in Retsof, died Monday, June 5, 2017 at Highland Hospital in Rochester, NY. She was predeceased by her husband, Jerry Mustari in 2016 and daughter, Deborah Ann Mustari in 1967.

She is survived by her children, Carol Petroshus of AZ, James (Sue Peck) Mustari of Piffard, Susan (Gary) Nobles of Leicester, grandchildren, Lindsay (Laura) MacAllister, Vicki (Matt) Piccolo, Deborah (Joe Benavidez) Petroshus, Jeffrey (Avice) Petroshus, Amy (Chris) Schmidt, Michael Mustari, several great grandchildren, brother Richmond (Donna) Persell of Jamestown, sister, Carolyn Hull of Jamestown, many nieces and nephews.

Mary Ann was born August 30, 1926 in Jamestown, NY the daughter of Frederick and Florence Hambleton Persell. She earned her Bachelor's Degree from SUNY Geneseo. Mary Ann retired from Caledonia Central School where she taught for many years. She was a long time member of St. Lucy's Church in Retsof.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, June 9, 2017 from 4-7 PM at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo. Her Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at 10 AM at St. Lucy's Church in Retsof with Father Edward Dillon and Deacon George Spezzano officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in Geneseo. Memorials may be made to St. Lucy's Church, 13 North St., Geneseo, NY 14454.
